In this episode I'm talking about the life of Helen Duncan, a Scottish spiritual medium in the 1940s.
Known for producing ectoplasm during her séances, she gained attention when she revealed the sinking of HMS Barham before it was made public. This led to her arrest and trial under the Witchcraft Act of 1735, making her the last person in Britain to be imprisoned under that law.
